Located in Encinitas, CA, Fox Point Farms is a groundbreaking “agrohood” blending agriculture and community on the historic Fox Point Farms greenhouse site. The development includes a barn, event center, brewery, woodshop, apothecary, produce fields, housing, and a market-restaurant building clad in red cedar with a central greenhouse-inspired structure. Greenhouse-style event and utility spaces feature steel-and-glass sliding doors, seamlessly connecting interiors to the Southern California climate and honoring Encinitas’ agricultural heritage.
