George’s at the Cove is the quintessential San Diego seaside restaurant with a rich history and an exemplary reputation. We transformed this space into a natural extension of its costal surroundings. Porous concrete lighting, a quartz bar, bronze mirrors, and Torrey Pine slab tables create a tranquil yet vibrant ambiance. The wood ceiling’s strong lines frame the ocean views, blending comfort, function, and elegance to enhance the dining experience.
