Layered interiors, bold street presence
Running on a concept we called “feral sophistication,” borrowing the moodiness of a whiskey bar and letting playful color and tropical influence loosen it up. Walnut, bronze, mirror, limewash, and tile carry through the lobby and coworking spaces, adding warmth and texture to an intentionally darker palette. Bold exterior signage and a large-scale mural give the building presence at street level, while the rooftop deck gives residents somewhere to slow down above the neighborhood.
